二度目のお店ですが、最初に訪れた際の記事がなく・・・

今回は、同じ失敗をしないように、しっかり食べてきたつもりです。

今回はコースでいただきました。

見ても良くわからないので、早速、料理とお味をご紹介。

まず、ここのお店は出てくるのが遅いです。

最初は、冷たい飲み物ラッシー。

これは、食後といえば食後に出てきますが、最初に頼んだ方が良いかも。

だって、ぬるいんだもの。

食事の後半にちょうど良い飲み頃を持ってくるなら、先に持ってきて

もらいましょう。

乳（ちち）を強く感じる香りが鼻から抜けます。

さて、最初の料理は・・・

右は、インドのストリートフードのようなものらしいです。

なんだろう、酸っぱさがほんのりあって甘みもあります。

左は、ほうれん草とカッテージチーズを揚げた団子です。

ネチッとした中にあげた歯ざわり。これはカレー風味です。

左は、チキンマライカバブ。

これもカレー風味の骨なしの柔らかいお肉です。

上の写真右と下の写真左は同じお皿の同じ料理です。

これは、シシカバブにカレーをかけたものです。タワカバブといいます。

シシカバブは香辛料が強めです。カレーの風味より勝っていました。

そすて、右のエビマンチュリアンはエビのインド風炒めといった

ところですが、エビチリの甘いケチャップが強い感じの味でした。

さて、次は・・・

南インド地方のチーズドーサ。

ガレットのような薄い生地でチーズを巻いています。

一緒についてきたカレースープと食べます。カレーにつけなくても

これだけで十分美味しいです。結構、気に入っています。

いよいよメインのカレーとナンです。

ごはんも選べますがナンにしました。

ナンは厚みがあり食べごたえ十分。甘味はなく、少し飽きてきます。

バターチキンとトマトベースの野菜カレーです。

野菜カレーはマイルドで刺激が少なく、食べやすいです。

バターチキンは、想像よりも甘くなく、香辛料もきつく・・・

これは、次回、注文するのはよそう・・・ということになりました。

やっぱり、サプナのバターチキンを超える店は今のところないです。

ゆっくり、ゆっくり、気が付けば1時間。

最後は、デザートです。

これ、好きです。

お店の外観は・・・

ちょっと入るのを躊躇いそうになるのですが、店員さんがやさしくて

落ち着ける場所でした。
