今日のサプナは、こんな日替わりカレー。

南インドの2つのカレーはサラッとしている辛いカレー。

僕は、サプナではこのタイプのカレーはあまり食べません。

その下に書かれている「カスリメティーキーマ」に惹かれて、

そちらとバターチキンをチョイス。

前回、バターチキンを食べていなかったので、どちらも楽しみ！

奥の具沢山に見えるのがカスリメティーキーマ。

ジャガイモとカスリメティー、ひき肉などが入っています。

スパイス的には優しい味ですが、最後に少し苦みのあるカレーでした。

カスリメティーは、フェヌグリークと呼ばれる植物の葉の部分を

乾燥させて作ったスパイスです。

効能としては、コレステロール減少、膨満感、消化不良等があります。

さすが！スパイス！

もちろん、ナンはチーズナンに変更し、最後はホットチャイで〆ました。
