の3種類。

南インドはサラサラのルーで結構辛め。

辛いのは得意だけれど、サラサラでない方が好きなので、南インド系

のカレーはいつも頼みません。

ダールマッカニーに期待！！

今日は定番のバターチキンをやめダールマッカニーとキーマカレー。

バターチキンほどではないけれど、ダールマッカニーは辛くないカレー

だと聞いたので、バターチキンの代わりに注文しました。

ナンはチーズナンに変更しました。

ダールマッカニーはこんな感じ ↓ のカレーです。

レッドビーンズがホクホクした豆の感じを演出しつつも、口の中だけで

最後はピリッと辛さが少しだけ残る。

とてもおいしい！

インドでは、この上にバターのかたまりをドン！と乗せるそうです。

しつこくなるのを防ぐために、サプナではバターをのせていません。
