去年の冬ものの服を断捨離しようと、小岩に古着を持って行きました。

せっかくだから「サンサール」に行こうという事になりました。

サンサールは「ナン」がとても美味しい。

だから、最初からおかわりを注文して、それを持ち帰り自宅で食べようと思いました。

全部で4枚！

2枚は持ち帰りました。

残念なのは、ナンの変わってしまったこと。

バターがあまり効いていなくて、生地そのものの軽さと甘さも、少し落ちている気がしました。

あーぁ、おかわりまで注文したにのになぁ、残念。

 

今日は、バターチキンとマトン、それから本日カレーの茄子とジャガイモにしました。

バターチキンはバターの風味がとても良く、甘すぎず・・いい感じです。

マトンは、あとから辛さがやってきます。

肉も羊臭さがほとんどなくて食べやすかったです。

茄子とジャガイモカレーは優しさの中にも辛さがあり食べやすいカレーです。

豆も一緒に入っているので、ホッコリとした美味しさでまとまっていました。
